I saw this comment in the Enquirer in response to a Marvin Lewis article . . .
The player personnel "department" 17 years ago - Mike Brown, Paul Brown Jr., Pete Brown, Jim Lippincott.
After 17 years of constant losing, the player personnel "department" today - Mike Brown, Paul Brown Jr., Pete Brown, Jim Lippincott.
No standards. No accountability. No nothing. Losing? I can take that - I'm a Cubs fan. But losing without changing one single important thing about how you do business while using the business to keep your family members and friends employed and entertained, and totally crapping on your loyal customers all these years? That's the height of arrogance and selfishness.
And all of this while living in a publicly financed stadium.
Save us Mark Curnutte and Paul Daugherty. You're the only ones with the resources to organize a true rebellion against this pig and his family who have been so abusive of the blessings that were bestowed upon them. You would be supported by all fans and hailed as a hero in this town.
I promise.
